Dans une magnifique région de montagne, au coeur du Champsaur, en périphérie du parc national des Ecrins, le chalet « Gîte&Spa le Montagnard » (Gite de France 4 épis) est situé sur les hauteurs de Pont du Fossé, au lieu dit « les Bonnets » à 1250m d’altitude, dans un superbe cadre verdoyant.
Sur un terrain de 1600 m2, clos et bordé par une rivière, ce chalet de 200 m2, orienté plein sud, à la décoration soignée offre, confort, espace, authenticité.

Le bel espace de vie de 95 m2 s’organise autour du coin bibliothèque, de la spacieuse cuisine ouverte de 16 m2 (lave vaisselle, plaque vitro céramique, robot multifonctions, four micro ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cafetière traditionnelle et Nespresso, bouilloire, presse agrume, appareils à raclette, fondue et pierrade….), 60 m2 d’un premier salon TV - salle à manger aux larges baies vitrées, ainsi qu’un deuxième salon de 19 m2 avec poêle à bois double vision pour prolonger les soirées au coin du feu.

In a magnificent mountain region, very close to the Ecrins national park, the chalet "Gîte & Spa le Montagnard" is located on the heights of Pont du Fossé, at a place called « les Bonnets », (elevation1250m), in a superb green setting.
On a 1600 m2 plot, enclosed and bordered by a river, this 200 m2 superb chalet, facing south, tastefully decorated offers comfort, space, authenticity.

An amazing 95 m2 living space featuring a bookshelf, a spacious open kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, multifunction robot, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, citrus press, raclette, fondue and stone grill ...), a first 60 m2 TV lounge - dining room with large bay windows, as well as a second 19 m2 lounge with double vision wood stove to extend the evenings at the fireside.
Three terraces offer breathtaking view, relaxation and conviviality: the first of 50 m2, facing south, equipped with deckchairs, the second of 16 m2, covered, furnished, next to the jacuzzi area. The third lawn one with access to the bowling pitch (13x4) and the brasero.
